Creation of the new mobile-first digital platform for Tottenham Hotspur football club. The site is the central hub for all fans of the club in English and Korean languages. The site features ticket sales, e-commerce retail, video content as well as, social media integration, and live match data.

As Creative Director and Product Owner I led the team of UX and UI designers and collaborated closely with the technical team and project management team in sprint cycles.

As the brand of the club was evolving, my role was to guide the senior executive team at the club through the direction we were taking the digital brand. At the same time, liaising with fans and fan leaders of the club: holding regular consultations and user testing sessions with them to ensure they were delighted with the site when it launched.
